Asked Questions

  • Do you offer a same day service?
    Depending upon our current workflow and product availability, yes. We will always complete work withing an agreed timeframe meaning that your deadline will always be met.
  • Can you engrave or print our logo?
    Usually but we need you supply your logo in a specific file format, please contact us for more information.
  • How much do you charge for engraving the trophies on your website?
    Prices vary depending on the type of personalisation or engraving technique required. Prices are shown in our catalogues as unengraved, many products are however sold with engraving free of charge. We will quote upon enquiry.
  • What materials do you engrave?
    Crystal & Glass: (We only engrave our supplied glassware). Wood Plastic Laminates Slate & Stone Metals (various please check with us). Paper & Cardboard Leather Let us know what you have and we will give you best advice.
  • Can I collect from your shop?
    Yes. When your order is ready for collection we will contact you. You can then collect from our shop during our opening hours.
  • Do you deliver?
    Standard Orders: We use Parcel Force next working day delivery service. All items are tracked and insured and you will receive specific notification of delivery times by email or text message in advance. A flat rate of £15 is chargeable. Large volume orders: We will personally deliver large volume orders by arrangement and agreed pricing.
  • How long will my order take to complete?
    Most usually withing 5 working days. If your deadline is less than a week away, we suggest that you call us to ensure that we can assist.
  • Can you engrave our Perpetual Trophies?
    Yes. We offer a full engraving service on to Cups, Shields & Awards. Call us or pop in if you are not sure if your item is suitable for engraving.
  • Do you offer a discount?
    Yes. Any savings that we are able to make as a result of bulk purchasing, we are happy to pass on to you, happy to provide free quotations.
  • Can we pay direct to your Bank Account?
    We accept payments by direct Bank transfer, a VAT invoice will be produced for all sales with our banking details or you can pay by credit/debit card or by cash. VAT Registration number GB99494866
  • Do you offer credit terms?
    Generally you will need to pay for your order before we start engraving however, if you are an existing customer, we may make specific arrangements for your organisation. If you are unsure please call us.
  • Is there a minimum spend level?
    For new purchases there is a minimum spend level of £40, not including the cost of carriage and packing. There is no minimum spend for engraving your annual trophies & awards.
  • Can we buy from your shop?
    Yes. We hold an extensive range and large stock quantities to meet your immediate needs. Whilst we do not hold every item shown in our catalogues, we are able to quickly obtain everything else. You can always visit and choose something 'off the shelf' if you have a particularly short deadline. We do however recommend that you call us first to avoid any disappointment.
  • What are your opening hours?
    Showroom & Workshop opens Mon to Fri 8:30 to 17:00 (closed between 12:00 and 13:00) Saturday mornings 8am to 12:00. We do not open on Sunday.
